Board formed concrete walls are traditionally made by pouring concrete into wooden plank forms. This creates the board form concrete look, concrete with wood grain texture in panel like form. RealCast Board-Form is a panelized system that allows you to get the look of a traditional board formed concrete wall without the high cost and intense labor.
RealCast Board-Form panels are composed of real concrete, reinforced with fibre mesh. The panels simply screw on the wall and are lightweight (2.5 lb/sq.ft.) so no reinforcement of the wall is required. Each panel has staggered edges to help hide vertical seams, and once the concrete panels are mounted and installed you won’t be able to notice that it was not created using traditional forms. RealCast Board-Form panels are easily cut with a saw, and installed using simple tools.
